"I am a boat owner and as like most boat owners we always have to fix something._I called Reel Loco for information on a problem I was having with my motor._They emailed me back within an hour. I was asked for some more info which I forwarded and was emailed back. I was sent a schematic of the parts that I would need to fix the problem. I was also informed that the parts were on back order and probably wouldn't be able to get them. They suggested what they do to fix the problem which is a little different than with the parts that you can't get. I can't believe how much they went out of their way to help me. I don't know if any other place would be willing to spend the time to help somebody that made a phone call to them. They are great._Thank you so much_Rick F"

"Solid place to take your boat for sure. I highly recommend them and I will continue to take my boat there. Great communication, starting with the owner, great timely service and fair pricing. I was really impressed with how the guys that worked on my boat were there to explain everything they did and even show me pictures. I had a full service done on my Suzuki 150 and a new Garmin ECHOMAP installed. Thank you Dan and the rest of the crew. Much appreciated"

"BEST SHOP HANDS DOWN! I am a new boat owner and needed some real professional help, I had a "mechanic" sit on my boat with a deposit for "parts" and all he did was keep it there for an entire month with nothing happening. I explained my situation to Reel Loco and these guys took me in and got my boat out of there in just under a week!!!!!! I just took it out today for the first time and man I couldn't help but cheese the entire time, Thank you Dan and the Reel Loco Marine team you guys are freaking awesome! I'm telling you right now if you are reading this review STOP SEARCHING RIGHT NOW, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL THESE GUYS!!!"

"I am grateful and impressed. Great shop and would recommend to anyone!! My family is in Florida on a family vacation, our boat broke down and we planned to head up the east coast. I was met kindly and shared my predicament, being stuck in town with family vacation on the line. I had lost steering on my motors in the Gulf Stream. The owner went out of his way to shake my hand and help me same day even though the shop was packed. He said he would try to get it diagnosed and go from there. Not only did they communicate with me all day, they found the problem, stayed after closing and fixed it… best part was he came back under the original quote. I’m grateful for the kindness communication and integrity. Not to mention these guys are not the first to work on my boat but certainly the most knowledgeable. 10/10 these guys are great."
