"My husband and I have interacted with the staff of this shop on two different occasions, both times they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both times they went above and beyond to help us find parts they didn’t currently have in stock. Dan was very giving of his time and talked through some of the repairs we were planning to do on our own. Living in South Florida you sort of expect to get bare minimum help out of people especially if a place doesn’t have what you need, these guys are a breath of fresh air because they don’t just brush you off but like I said they go above and beyond to help you ultimately find what you need, even as far as telling you who has it and where to go. We really appreciate their professionalism and heart for helping their customers. Way to go Reel Loco!"
